- Use 2 teaspoon of valerian dried leaves per cup of boiling water and drink this tea just before bed.

		<description>I can&#039;t sleep either, that&#039;s why I am on here!  I was playing solitaire and another game online. That usually works to take my mind off the stuff flying through my brain.  Try that.  Play a few games online...card games, something to just make you change your focus.  I&#039;m off to bed now...feeling much less preoccupied with my thoughts.
