Bill Brown, sleep tutorialist
Here is the ultimate methodical person — a guru of detail and precision. Even at the young age of one, he would examine the bars of his crib one by one, look for the exact way to unscrew the cap from his bottle and dissect every gesture that brought a spoonful of food from his bowl to his mouth. From then on, his need for precision increased ten-fold — to the point where he made it a profession. His social life was non-existent, since he spent most of his time alternating between phases of observation or those of explanation. Luckily, he discovered the web and decided to express himself there — convinced that one day his brilliance would be discovered…
From how to put bait on a fish hook to the proper way of arranging kitchen utensils in a dishwasher, Bill was determined to develop tons of tutorials… each one longer, slower and more technical than the last. Bill is never wrong, in his opinion, and expects that the rest of the world will fall into line with him.
Another fascinating aspect of his personality: according to him, grey, beige and brown are the primary colours… a palette that carries over into his wardrobe.
Bill Brown possesses the unique talent (thank heavens!) of describing in three minutes what anyone else can describe in 30 seconds… a record! And, when he speaks to anyone about sleep, they immediately nod off… which he doesn’t intend and is not even aware of…

Difficulty trying to close eyes while trying to sleep?
My eyes wont remain shut during sleeping. This seems like a muscle problem but I don’t know whats causing it. Please Help!
There is a medical name for your condition. It is called nocturnal lagophthalmos. The reality is that few of us fully close our eyelids during sleep, and some leave them open several millimeters. This open area allows room air to come into contact with the lower cornea. Upon wakening the person can feel the semi-dry lid margin pull away from the semi-dry cornea.
If you suspect you have this problem, talk to your doctor about it. You may need ophthalmic lubricant gel or ointment or other treatments.

Listen to our dreams.
As Paulo Coelho once said,
“…No heart has ever suffered when it went in search of its dream.”
